Acceptance
These terms govern your use of avidsolutionsintl.com (the "Site"), operated by AS Peoria LLC, doing business as Avid Solutions International ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What This Site Is
The Site is an informational and business development resource. It describes our capabilities, credentials, platforms, and programs, and it provides a way to contact us.
The Site is not itself a product. Our platforms, including AgriCore Intelligence, VerdantaIQ, AvidRAG, and AgentDesk MCP, are provided separately under their own agreements. Where those agreements conflict with these terms, the product agreement controls for that product. The AgentDesk MCP terms remain available at agentdesk-terms.
Not an Offer and Not Advice
Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter a contract, a quotation, or a commitment of pricing, availability, delivery, or service level. Pricing shown for our platforms is indicative and may change. Binding terms arise only from a signed written agreement, a purchase order we have accepted, or an awarded contract.
Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, financial, agronomic, engineering, or regulatory compliance advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. References to standards or programs, including NRCS conservation practice standards and federal program eligibility, describe how our tools are designed to align with them. They are not a determination of compliance or eligibility in your specific case. Verify with the relevant agency before you rely on any of it.
Forward-Looking and Illustrative Content
Performance figures, case results, and screenshots on the Site are illustrative and reflect specific engagements or design targets. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will obtain. Interface previews that appear on our platform pages use sample values and do not show live customer data.
Your Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, to scrape or harvest it by automated means for commercial purposes, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Product names and marks of third parties belong to their respective owners, and our reference to them does not imply their endorsement of us beyond any partnership or membership expressly stated.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Peoria County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms waives, alters, or limits any right, remedy, or requirement of the United States Government under a contract, subcontract, or solicitation, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation and any applicable dispute resolution procedure. Where these terms conflict with the terms of a government contract, that contract controls.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted, with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revision.
