Acceptance of Terms
By using AgentDesk MCP ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
AgentDesk MCP is an AI-powered Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables AI agents to manage Microsoft 365 email, calendar, and tasks through Microsoft Graph API and Azure OpenAI.
Requirements
- A valid Microsoft 365 Business Basic (or higher) subscription.
- An Azure subscription with Azure OpenAI and Azure Container Apps resources.
- An Azure OpenAI resource with a deployed model (e.g., GPT-4o).
Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining the security of your Microsoft 365 and Azure credentials.
- All actions taken by the App on your behalf (emails sent, meetings scheduled, tasks created).
- Reviewing AI-generated content (drafts, summaries) before sending or acting on them.
- Ensuring your use complies with your organization's policies.
- Azure resource costs incurred by your deployment (Container Apps, Azure OpenAI usage).
Intellectual Property
AgentDesk MCP is open-source software. The source code is available at github.com/avidsolutions/agentdesk-mcp under the terms of its license.
AI-Generated Content
The App uses Azure OpenAI to generate email drafts, summaries, and triage recommendations. AI-generated content may contain errors, should be reviewed before use, does not constitute professional advice, and is your responsibility once sent or acted upon.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AVID SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Third-Party Services
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its permissions in your Microsoft account and deleting the deployment from your Azure subscription.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
