What this website collects, why, and how long we keep it.
Scope
This policy covers avidsolutionsintl.com (the "Site"), operated by AS Peoria LLC, doing business as Avid Solutions International ("we", "us"). It describes what the Site collects and how that information is handled.
This policy does not cover our separately hosted products, which have their own terms and privacy documentation. That includes AgriCore Intelligence, VerdantaIQ, AvidRAG, and the AgentDesk MCP application, whose policy remains available at agentdesk-privacy. It also does not cover work performed under a signed contract, where the governing agreement controls.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
The Site has one form, on our contact page. When you submit it, we receive:
- Full name
- Email address
- Subject category that you select from a list
- Message content that you write
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, classified material, or export-controlled technical data through this form. It is a general inquiry channel and is not an accredited system.
Information collected automatically
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking software on the Site. We set no cookies of our own.
The Site is served by our web host, which keeps standard server logs. These logs typically include your IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp. They are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes.
Because some assets load from third-party networks described below, your browser contacts those networks directly when you view a page, and they may receive your IP address and user agent as a result.
How We Use Information
We use contact form submissions solely to read and respond to your inquiry, and to maintain a record of that correspondence. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models.
Third-Party Services
The Site depends on the following third parties. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
- Formspree receives and relays contact form submissions to our inbox. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the Site. See the Google privacy policy.
- Cloudflare cdnjs serves the Font Awesome icon library. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Our web host stores server logs as described above.
Retention
Contact form submissions arrive as email and are retained in our business correspondence records for as long as needed to respond, to maintain the business relationship, and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to us as a federal contractor. Server logs are retained according to our host's standard log rotation.
Your Choices
You may ask us to tell you what inquiry correspondence we hold from you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@avidsolutionsintl.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep records that we are independently required to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.
If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, such as California or the European Economic Area, contact us at the address above and we will process your request under the applicable law.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect inquiry correspondence, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is directed to businesses and government agencies, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our apprenticeship and fellowship programs are hiring processes administered separately from this Site, under their own application and employment agreements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date.
